The owner / pilot of the SuperCub above is what got me started. After flying a few times and learning more about the life of a pilot, I was concerned about the products the pilots had to chose from when considering the purchase of covers. I didn't like hearing about pilots having to be stuck with their planes, away from home longer than expected because their covers were froze to their wings. I wanted to try to help.

After discussing what was the most important factors in these covers with a good friend who is a bush pilot and lifelong Alaskan, he and other pilots mentioned;  weight, water repellancy, UV resistance, durability and life of fabric, I researched fabrics with these qualities and started testing.  

A well known air taxi company in Fairbanks did extensive testing on my engine covers for heat retention. I felt confident in the ability of my covers to maintain heat and the results were all positive. 

Because of the positive results with the engine covers and its ability to maintain heat so well, I wanted to experiment with heavy equipment and radiators. I was able to help and have had several returning customers.
